Dhanji is Block’s Engineering Lead, overseeing the company’s combined software engineering teams. Dhanji has held a number of leadership positions at Block since joining in 2011, including Head of Engineering at Cash App as well as engineering leadership positions within Square and TBD. Prior to Block, he worked at a number of startups, as well as ThoughtWorks and Google.
